The energy costs to help citizens businesses out? Well, everybody talks about tax cuts. We cut taxes. I didn't cut taxes for the highest income people, but We had a $400 million tax cut, the biggest income tax cut in state history for people earning less than about $200,000. We eliminated the income tax for working families. So we've made our tax code much more progressive and make life just a little more affordable. (20:36–20:45)
