Yeah, I think they would. I mean, I think they'd be an anchor tenant, if you know what I mean. But I look at UConn Health now, as you pointed out, Waterbury is part of that Day Kimball. They provide very good value at somewhat less cost. And those are the type of hospitals where I'd like our state employees and others in part of the Connecticut option to go save you money and save us money. (03:50–03:55)
