I want people to believe in this state again. I've said that before. I thought we were losing confidence. Our cities were shrinking. They were much bigger 50 years ago. Shrink, shrink, shrink. Now they're expanding again. People want to be in Connecticut. We're building housing there, transit oriented next to train station, next to bus stops.
