One of the two, and it's some of both. And then we work through those issues together to find out how can we best reflect the principles and values of East Texas area. We have a mission statement on what we do. Says we're going to represent the first District of Texas with four things: Steadfast principles, with effective statesmanship, with humble service, and with bold action. I think those, those principles best reflect the values of East Texas. And it's not just what we do in D.C. that matters, it's how we do it. It really is. (09:59–10:05)
