We need to reset and get back to where we are actually engaging in the core responsibilities. You know, when you look at, when you look at this chart on the left right here, you'll see that the Major health care programs and Social Security and the other mandatory and the interest that we're paying, it takes up everything but about 27% of the stuff that we actually spend. And then if you count the military, by the time you count military and veterans, you're only dealing with about 10% left. That's really discretionary that you deal with. (1:32:26–1:32:38)
