For people that don't understand that, what is that and what does that mean for East Texans? A rural opportunity zone is a designated zone that the governor can designate. We had a designation back in 2018 and 19 timeframe after the 2017 tax cuts and Jobs act went through. But the definition of rural was the problem back then. (05:49–05:55)
