It is not a popular thing to say in this building, but The number being thrown around right now is between 6 and $10 billion in property tax relief. I'm going to tell you something. We have a $24 billion surplus. It is insulting that we would only spend 6 to 10 billion dollars giving money back to the taxpayer. (38:30–38:38)
