First, your reaction to that? I think it's an amazing thing. Look, this is all about returning education back to our state. The federal Department of Education is actually relatively new. Most people don't even know that the cabinet level position was created by Jimmy Carter in 1979. And in 1980, President Ronald Reagan actually campaigned off the idea of eliminating this because we believe in local control.
