And so the first thing I would say is there are three categories. There's traditional public school families, there's traditional private and homeschool families, and then there's ESA recipients. And so The ESA recipients being introduced into the state of Texas is a sign that we're moving in the direction of giving parents the final say. But it does not touch any rights that traditional homeschool, private homeschool and private school families have. And I think that distinction is really important because what we're not saying is, hey, you can't homeschool on your own by yourself anymore. (10:17–10:25)
