I'm worth as much now as I was when I came into Congress five or six years ago. I believe that if you believe in banning stock trading, you shouldn't be trading stocks yourselves. I will, I will support vote for, sign a discharge petition on any legislation that bans members of Congress from trading stocks, period. But until that happens, I'm not doing it because I live by the word. I live by the sword. And I'm going to do what is the honest, I think, more moral and ethical thing to do. (08:43–08:51)
