One of the problems is after any given rainstorm, you'll see roads. Flooded across the district. People can't get to and from work. So that's a big concern. We need the General Assembly to make sure that the state is helping its most populous city deal with the effects of climate change and sea level rise. We need to make sure that we protect the tourism. Industry here, that we protect the military industry here. But most importantly, we need to protect the people here. (00:35–00:40)
