It's an ongoing challenge we've had with Postal service within our state and quite frankly, it sucks. And because of that, we've had veterans that have not received notification of appointments in a timely fashion. We've had in some cases veterans that can't get their prescription drugs in time from when they request them to the time that it's actually received in the mail. I wish I could say that that was not the case, but the postal service has got a problem in our state. Veterans are suffering because of it. (00:19–00:31)
