So we've got the inspector generals in, they're across the state, they're finding out exactly what the problems are. Bottom line is, don't get mad at your local postmaster. It's not his fault. We're sending our first class mail out of state, sometimes two and three different locations before it comes back into South Dakota. So, yeah, they were not treating our rural areas with respect.
