Russia's had a lot of the refining really beat up bad. Ukrainians, to their credit, have done a great job of taking out a lot of that refining capacity. But We also lost two refineries in California in the last year as well, totaling about 17% of the total refining capacity for California, 11% of all of it along the West Coast. Seems like almost a perfect storm in terms of the refining capacity. What can we do to try to increase that refining capacity? If you'd care to share your thoughts at all. (51:28–51:41)
