We were just in Ankara, Turkey, for the NATO summit together. He came in, we met with, among others, President Zelensky. Clearly, they had a good personal friendship as well. But he Lindsey Graham was very proud of the work he was doing with regard to the Russian sanctions bill. that he's been working on for over a year on a bipartisan basis.
