It was a bipartisan bill. It took us two years basically to put it together. It was great news. It impacts people that literally live in low income housing across the country. It'll keep rates down for them in terms of rental costs. It'll also provide more opportunities for people that want to develop housing to be able to do it in a more efficient manner.
