I think over the last several months, anybody who has been reading the classified discussions about what's going on in Iran and about what they've been trying to say in their negotiations versus what they're doing behind the scenes, the fact that they were Iran was rebuilding their offensive capabilities in the region, both their short term and intermediate weapons systems, their missile systems. They were also rebuilding their defensive capabilities, their air defenses, while at the same time their nuclear. They had no intentions of giving up their nuclear intentions. (00:57–01:05)
