Can you imagine that? People who are on welfare, we're going to offer them the opportunity to have reading reclamation so that they can get a better job and they can upskill. Same with prisoners. I want to offer them the ability to read at grade level so that when they get out, they're not going back. They're actually going to a job hugely important for me and I think good for the country and good for our communities as well. A lot to be done here and outside of Michigan. (07:20–07:30)
