Why not let these folks who are paying rent build their credit history. They're making payments, they should get credit for it. That's number one. The other one is I created 529 plans when I was in the state legislature and it's an education savings plan. I'm going to expand that to down payments for home ownership so you can save tax free federal and state and make sure that you build that nest egg for that 20% down payment goes a lot faster.
