Now, even though there, there may be things for both sides that one side or the other would have preferred to make it into the bill that didn't. There is nothing sufficiently objectionable in this bill that I think either party would want to change regardless of the outcome of the election. So my encouragement is going to continue to be as it has been so far with my colleagues in the Senate, our counterparts in the House. (01:54–02:02)
