“Meaning it's the stuff that is best for use with things like 5G and eventually 6G. The federal government owns that stuff. We have had real difficulty even within Congress, getting answers about where this is going. So I've introduced something called the Government Spectrum Valuation act that would require a top to bottom inventory. so that we can assess whether we're using that spectrum effectively in time. That would lead to other reforms which would in turn give more people more access to broadband, which is something I think we really need.” (25:58–26:05)
