I think we try to do too much in Washington D.C. with HUD housing, in this case food stamp benefits or SNAP benefits, Medicaid. We're not doing a great job being innovative. And I believe that When we empower states to do things for their citizens, not only are they more accountable, they're actually more accurate in executing the policies. in a way that helps people better. That touches on a number of important themes that are again central to here at Sutherland we have something called the work And Opportunity Initiative, which is all about this. (35:06–35:18)
