So I am very concerned about the safety and security of this which is one of the reasons why along with Dusty Johnson and the House side of Ron Johnson on the Senate side, the no shutdowns act is something that's very sensible is We should pass [the no shutdowns act] so that if there is the threat of a budget, irreconcilable budget issue that we get an automatic two week funding of the government. And then if we fail to get a budget in that two weeks, there will be another automatic two weeks and we can continue to work that process forward until we get a budget resolution. (19:36–19:47)
