Normally if a doctor does something to somebody and they have a problem with it, then they have three years to sue. In the state of Utah, roughly, it depends on the timing of this. We put in there that if any of these people feel like they've had harm, they have until they're 25 years old. And that's great. It's a great policy. And in fact I, when I'm looking at the federal stuff that we're doing, that's one really healthy policies. (26:03–26:10)
