And we really want and need these people, good people from all over the world to come to this country. But they need to do it legally. And the answer to that is We need a coalition of willing people able to think clearly about a really complicated issue, not continue to use it for political fundraising as a political football. And embarrassingly, both sides have done that over generations that both are using it, Democrats and Republicans on one side or the other, for their own partisan needs. (01:32–01:44)
