But it's ironic that the Democrats have shut the government down and prevented that from happening. That is the whole point. We need the lights back on. We need government reopened. We need troops paid TSA agents, Border patrol agents and air traffic controllers and veterans health services and nutrition services to young women and the elderly. We need all that going while Congress is here doing its work. But Chuck Schumer and the Democrats are playing politics again because they need political cover for themselves. (06:09–06:18)
