Don't shut the government down. Because, remember, it's a math problem. You have to have 60 votes in the Senate, and we only have 53 Republicans. We have three Democrats, three that talk caucus with Democrats and that have voted with the Republicans because they don't want to inflict pain on the American people. But we need five more to step forward and do the right thing. That is, that's the impasse.
