The CR was merely to buy us seven additional weeks to finish the funding of the government. The appropriations process, we were working on that in bipartisan fashion and bicameral fashion. As you know, We had a conference committee set to go on three approach bills that had passed out of the House. They didn't match the Senate exactly. They were going to work through that.
