You know as well as I do supposed to be 12 separate appropriations bills that are carefully deliberated and debated and decided upon in a bipartisan fashion to fund the government. We did that in the House. We got all 12 bills through the committee, the Appropriations Committee, to their credit, three of them passed off the floor. The Senate. Those bills don't align exactly. So we're going to a conference committee to work out those differences. All of that is exactly the way it's supposed to work. (01:16–01:23)
