We did not cut Medicaid and we did not cut the funding for the rural hospitals. In fact, in the big, beautiful bill, as you know, there's a big fund, a $50 billion fund for the rural hospitals and underserved hospitals, and we built in flexibility for the states to be able to work out their funding mechanisms.
