The component pieces of this bill... are things that every Republican over there agrees with, and some of the small handful of moderate Democrats do as well. It's things like association health plans and price transparency and the pharmacy benefit manager problem, the PBMs that everybody talks about, it's transparency there, it's cost sharing reductions, all these things that they've agreed on, and it's policies that they've processed before in the past.
