And we use the process of reconciliation, the budget reconciliation process, because how many of you know there are not many Democrats left who want to help us with any of this. So we had to do it on our own. And The budget reconciliation process is the one exception to the necessity of a 60 vote threshold in the Senate. And so we've been very creative in how we've used that and we're intending to do that again. But I want to tell you that that's why the election is so important this fall. (15:03–15:10)
