It simply holds funding steady at current levels through December 11th as Republicans work to complete the full year appropriations process. We've done that work in the House, as you know, and we'll continue to push forward. Republicans have made remarkable progress towards Returning to regular order and restoring the appropriations process. the way it's supposed to work, to a committee driven approach, as it should be.
