We looked at the Medicaid program. Right, and you had that same problem in Medicaid. It was full of fraud, waste and abuse. I mean, tens of billions of dollars a year wasted and given to able bodied young men without dependents, for example. They were riding the wagon instead. And so we went in and rooted that out and we saved the program that way because it's intended for the elderly, disabled and, you know, young women without a spouse and young children. (07:30–07:37)
