And they have proven once and again, once again, as they have over and over, they simply cannot be trusted. Vladimir Putin cannot be trusted. And so the President's lost his patience with that, and so have we. Congress has an appetite as well to do serious sanctions as is necessary against Russia. And I communicate regularly with our allies around the world and they feel the same way.
