And what's happening now is those folks that were at JPL aren't just leaving JPL. They're leaving the industry. In many cases, they're leaving the state. And We're losing a cumulative of anywhere between 3000 years and 5000 years of corporate knowledge of engineering and design. and early development design work expertise that ain't coming back.
