I want someone who kind of shared my vision for the state of Ohio and that is that we want everyone to live up to their God given potential. I want someone who would focus on education, someone who would focus on workforce. Those are really the two areas that we will continue to focus on and put the most emphasis on for the next two years. I want someone who understood, as I said, that workforce development.
