And we have to recognize when our local residents are under tremendous stress and we can do something about it. Housing costs are through the roof. Everyone knows us in Massachusetts. We need to have more housing. We need to make sure it's affordable. But you can't have the conversation about trying to just spur more housing while ignoring property taxes that add to housing costs.
