Last year compared to 2019, The number of in-person transactions at our businesses skyrocketed to 117% of what they were just five years ago. These numbers also show improve that what we do downtown in revitalizing our big businesses and the downtown areas of Boston also is directly connected to and feeds into what our neighborhood businesses are experiencing in and vice versa.
