But given what this report said, why are we afraid to have that debate? If there's so much information we want to share with the world about Cuba, why did we not extend. That's a mischaracterization. What we opposed was Cubans, or others, for that matter, abusing the General assembly to have the same debate over and over again. It just seems we had debate damaged information that this report claims to have. That would be a great venue to have that. I guess my question is it's been over 65 years. (01:13–01:23)
