So what they do is they come to town, They [CTCL] sign contracts with our state's five largest cities, and they require the five largest cities in the state to run the election the way that CTCL fueled and funded by David Plouffe and Mark Zuckerberg's money tells them to run it. They call them the grants. They're not grants. They were employment, employment contracts. And these contracts, in these contracts, Wisconsin's five largest cities became the employees of Mark Zuckerberg and David Plouff, not the other way around. (02:30–40:04)
