Earlier tonight, I spoke at the Rent Guidelines Board meeting in the Bronx saying, you know, when you have 27.9 poverty rate in the Bronx, we can't increase rent right now. We gotta freeze the rent, protect our tenants. We gotta help our seniors. We have to help those that are disabled, make sure that the programs for rent income exemptions are being protected.
