I think the people of Colorado like living in, in a relatively low tax state, but they are sick and tired of the fact, and I am, that We are losing teachers to Wyoming and to New Mexico and to Utah because we can't afford to pay them a living wage here in Colorado. That has to change. And the only way it's going to change is if we have a coalition of rural and urban Coloradans, Republicans, unaffiliated voters and Democrats working together to make this change.
