These guys have simply said we're not going to appropriate the money that's already or we're not going to send to Colorado that's already been appropriated for education for Title two, for Title one. And we've got to continue to fight for that. They've got to explain why as we're getting into the new school year, they're withholding funds from Colorado that have been appropriated by the United States Congress. That is not how the Constitution works. And we'll continue to fight until that money is delivered. (04:27–04:38)
