But I worked hard to garner support, and the bill passed through the Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections and garnered bipartisan support. It also had a hearing in the Senate as well. So Members of the committee, Republicans and Democrats, voted in support of it unanimously out of the committee. Another area that's important is expanding access to broadband, and so we can have conversations with those throughout our state about the importance of broadband and working towards bringing broadband throughout our state.
