The water usage is actually quite small compared to what we've heard about in the past. And so I'm very encouraged that these companies are really thinking about the future. That's why it's exciting that Microsoft is building the largest AI center in the country [in Wisconsin]. And in Wisconsin, it's being great paying jobs, union supporting jobs.
