If Wisconsin and if WEDC doesn't do a good job in these three areas, in these three subjects, broadband, housing and workforce, is that going to put rural Wisconsin at a disadvantage in terms of economic development over the next five, 10 years? I think it's going to hinder growth, and growth is really important for developing wealth and developing the ability to invest back in your community.
