So there's many groups that are penetrating our health care system to steal money from us who are not native born Americans and many of them aren't US citizens. In fact, When the Department of Justice goes after some of these groups, as I was involved in a an announcement earlier this year in 2025, about a $15 billion Russian mafia sting, most of the perpetrators had escaped back to Russia. They go back to their home countries. So it's a effort by other countries to take advantage of our health care system for that 10% that don't have kind of this official coverage. (13:10–13:28)
