We just need to understand what the legal process is. Unfortunately, we find ourselves in a place where we're the first agency to face this question post the Supreme Court's praying decision. And so Our commission does not agree on exactly how to implement [the new law from the Supreme Court]. that new law that's passed down from the Supreme Court. And so now we need clarity about what does it mean for us. And so I will accept the court's final determination on this matter. (08:26–08:30)
