One is this idea that in Wisconsin, ballots can be added to the totals after election day. That's not true in the state of Wisconsin. All ballots have to be received by your clerk by 8pm on election day in order to count. and the only exception to that is provisional ballots. And in Wisconsin, we have very, very few of those because we're exempt from, and I won't get into the details, but the National VOT Voter Registration Act. (21:37–21:45)
